Tax Law

My career includes significant experience as a Legal Advisor and Resident, collaborating with the Government of the State of Rio Grande do Norte and the Tax Attorney's Office of the same state. Currently, I actively contribute as a member of the Tax Law and Public Finance Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio Grande do Norte section, and I serve as an Alternate Counselor at the Administrative Tax Court of Natal-RN. My mission is to provide high-quality legal services to Brazilians and foreigners, guided by a deep understanding of the dynamics of Public Law, especially in income tax exemption, tax recovery and refund of overpaid or duplicated taxes, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of legal practice.
